1. What data will be processed

Name and e-mail address.

2. The purposes for which personal data will be processed and stored

The following personal data:

name and e-mail address,

will be collected, stored and processed by the data controller for the following purposes:

sending business and marketing offers and notifications, 

providing the data to third parties, namely wwww.mailchimp.com as a web and mailing interface.

3. The period for which the personal data will be stored

The data controller will store the personal data for as long as it is necessary. The data controller will store the personal data for a maximum of 5 years.

4. In which manner will the personal data be processed and stored?

Personal data will be processed:

by machine (automatically) using computers and computer programs.

5. Rights of the data subject, information and access to data 

As a data subject, I have the right of access to my personal data, I have the right to the rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of my personal data. I have the right to request information about what personal data are processed and I have the right to request an explanation regarding the processing of my personal data.

I also have the right to object to the processing of my personal data, as well as the right to data portability (i.e. the right to receive the personal data concerning me, which I have provided to the data controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; for details see Article 20 of the GDPR).

I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal, where the processing is based on point (a) of Article 6(1) or point (a) of Article 9(2) of the GDPR. This means that I do not have such a right in particular where the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject (in particular the obligations related to the laundering of the proceeds of crime).

As a data subject, I am informed that I can withdraw my consent to data processing by completing a form, which I can access through any e-mail received or by sending an e-mail to info@saviory.eu.

As a data subject, I have the right to request information on the processing of my personal data, and the data controller is obliged to provide me with the information without undue delay. The information content is determined by the provisions of Article 15 of the GDPR. The data controller has the right to require payment of an appropriate fee for the provision of the information, not exceeding the costs necessary for the provision of the information.

As a data subject, in case of doubts concerning compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, I have the right to approach the data controller or the Office For Personal Data Protection.

The data controller declares that the processing does not involve automated decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR.

The data controller declares that personal data are not processed for scientific or historical research purposes or statistical purposes.

6. Final provisions

As a data subject, I declare that I am aware of my rights under Chapter III of the GDPR.

I declare that all data provided are correct and true, and are provided voluntarily.

The data controller declares that the personal data will be collected to the extent strictly necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose and processed exclusively in accordance with the purpose for which they were collected.

This consent is a freely given informed indication of the data subject’s wishes, by which the data subject signifies their agreement to personal data processing.
